CertiPHYD Refund Terms
Thank you for purchasing CertiPHYD Courses, an education initiative of Pro Verv Consulting Private Limited. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any program that you purchased with Us.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
 Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ProVerv Consulting Private Limited, F114 Suncity Sector 54 Gurgaon Haryana 122011.
 Program refer to the membership or subscription or courses offered for sale on the Service.
  Orders mean a request by You to purchase Program from Us.
  You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the program, as applicable.
Refund and cancellation policy
You understand that if you are not satisfied with the result or you do not complete/adhere to the program for any reason, fees paid for any courses are non-refundable. You agree to pay the amount in advance to the consultant at the beginning of the cycle.
Shipping policy
There are no products to be shipped. You will receive your course enrolment details/login credentials within 2 working days for the self-paced programs. For all the instructor led programs, our program advisor will provide the date of commencement of the program however, you will be given access to the portal for self-learning with your login credentials within2 working days of the full payment towards the particular course enrolled.
Transfer of course policy
Courses and the learning material are non-transferrable.
Seat block payment is non-refundable
You understand that if you are not satisfied with the result or you do not complete/adhere to the program for any reason, fees paid for any courses are non-refundable. You agree to pay the amount in advance to the consultant at the beginning of the cycle.
REFUND POLICIES for Student Programs/Institutions/University Collaborations
If for any reason and at any time the Student/Institution/University withdraws from the course, then, the Student/Institution/University shall be under an obligation to provide the Company and the Company Agent with a prior written notice of 10 (ten) days’ notice of such withdrawal from the Program and the effective date of such withdrawal thereto. The following conditions shall apply in case of withdrawal by the Student/Institution/University from the Program within 3 (three) days of commencement of the program, the Student/Institution/University is liable for cost of training and support received, and no refund of tuition fee shall be processed. If the Student/Institution/University drops out after 10 (ten) days after commencement of the Program, then, in such case, the Student/Institution/University shall be liable to fulfil all its payment obligations and other terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the Payment Term shall commence from the date the Student/Institution/University leaves the Program.Â
Refund terms for memberships and workshops for professionals. The policy applies to inhouse courses and programs, but not associated with our learning partners.Â
At Certiphyd, we are committed to providing our participants/members/students with a rewarding and enriching learning experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to seek a refund for the courses or programs you have purchased from us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted.
Refund Eligibility
- This refund policy applies to only the inhouse courses and programs offered by CertiPHYD.
- Â Refunds will be considered only within the first 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Â For offline programs, we provide no refund whether the amount is paid as advanced or full payment
Refund Requests
To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request within the specified 7-day period.
The request must be sent to our support team at info@certiphyd.com and include the following information:
- Â Your full name and contact details
- Â Course or program name
- Â Reason for the refund request
Refund Evaluation:
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Our support team will review your request and assess its eligibility for a refund.
- Â Certiphyd reserves the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the refund policy has been violated.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Enrollment fees or charges for administrative services are non-refundable.
- Certiphyd reserves the right to designate certain courses, programs, or membership, services as non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.
Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
Deductions
In case of a refund, CertiPHYD the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees, administrative charges, or taxes from the refund amount.
Course Completion and Refund Ineligibility
- If you have completed a significant portion of a course or program, as determined by CertiPHYD, you may not be eligible for a refund.
- Access to course materials, resources, or any other benefits associated with the course or program will be revoked upon refund approval.
Dispute Resolution:
- If you have any concerns or disputes regarding refunds, you should contact our support team for resolution.
- The student has to go through all the classes and have to attend a live session then if one is not satisfied one can submit the request with a specific reason the team will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. CertiPHYD reserves the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the refund policy has been violated.
